All jewellery come with a one-month limited warranty. If within the first month of purchase your bracelet is lost due to a chain defect, we offer a free one-time replacement.

We cannot offer replacements if the bracelet was broken or lost through the owner's fault. If your bracelet is in need of repair, kindly reach out to our team or book a free re-spark appointment here. A fee will be applied if the bracelet is damaged or broken. All items are a final sale.

All spark items are made of solid 14k gold, gold filled, 14k rose gold or sterling silver so they should stay shiny and bright forever!
